beautiful gardens good couches warm reception old towels
The hotel grounds feature beautiful grassed areas and gardens. The pool was a good size with plenty of couches. The banana pancakes at breakfast were AMAZING!!! Staff members offered tea and coffee refills frequently.
The reception area felt very warm upon arrival. Two coolers were present, but they were ineffective unless you were standing directly next to them. Old towels with wrinkly packaging were present. I think fresh ones should be provided.

I found the hotel very clean with spacious rooms that included air conditioning, a big bathroom, and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. service was great. The staff helped with reservations for activities like the food tour. the location was perfect since it was just one block from the historic town yet accessible by taxi.
The hotel needs refurbishment. It's possible to worry if doors jammed since they cannot handle the keys properly. rooms are not really soundproof like old buildings are.

the hotel location is superb. the pool area had ample seating. breakfast offered varied options, and the banana pancakes were AMAZING!!! i found the grounds expansive and beautifully maintained. gardens presented a peaceful escape.
the school next to the hotel had early morning activities. this was a minor disturbance.

the hotel is located close to the centre. i had a room with a view of the pool on the second level. the hotel grounds are large with gardens. breakfast was nice, and staff offered tea refills.
the hotel room felt dated, it lacked a modern touch. the doors often slammed, i heard this late and early.

The service was top notch! the breakfast selection impressed me. So many choices! i felt grateful for selecting this place! the hotel provided comfort beyond expectations. It's awesome! le thi kieu deserves special recognition. She were really good too arrange airport pickup and activities!
the reception area could use some better cooling. the coolers in the corners didn't seem to make much difference, especially with other guests lounging about.
